What this website is
This site is a catalogue. The prices, availability and conditions of each experience are confirmed in the WhatsApp conversation, not here.
Nothing on this website is a binding offer. Descriptions, photographs and the contents of each experience are indicative: the boat, vehicle, venue or guide assigned to your booking may differ from the one shown, provided the service is of equivalent quality.
How a booking works
- You tell us what you want on WhatsApp.
- We confirm availability, the final price and what is included.
- You confirm and pay as agreed.
- We send you the details of the day: time, meeting point and anything you need to bring.
A booking exists only once it has been confirmed by us and paid as agreed. A message asking about availability is not a booking.
Prices and payment
- Prices are quoted per experience and stated in the conversation, along with the currency.
- What is included and what is not is listed for each experience on this site and confirmed before you pay.
- Not included unless stated: personal expenses, tips, extra food and drink, and anything added on the day.
- Payment terms — deposit, balance and accepted methods — are agreed before confirmation.
Changes and cancellations
Cancellation and change terms are agreed for each booking before you pay, because they depend on the operator and how far in advance you book. They will be stated in writing in the conversation before you commit.
If we cancel for a reason within our control, you get the full amount back.
Weather and sea conditions
Sea experiences depend on conditions and on the decisions of the port authority (DIMAR) and the captain. Safety comes before the itinerary. If a departure is not safe, we will offer you a new date or an alternative experience; where that is not possible, the terms agreed for your booking apply.
A change of route or a shortened stop decided by the captain for safety reasons does not constitute cancellation of the service.
Your responsibilities
- Bring valid identification. Some venues and boats require it.
- Be at the meeting point at the agreed time. Boats depart on schedule and cannot wait.
- Follow the instructions of the captain, guide or driver at all times.
- Tell us in advance about any medical condition, reduced mobility, allergy or pregnancy that affects the activity.
- You are responsible for minors in your group at all times.
We may end an experience without a refund if a participant’s behaviour endangers themselves or others, or is under the influence of substances that make the activity unsafe.
Liability
Each experience is operated by licensed professionals — captains, guides and drivers — with the insurance required by Colombian law.
We are not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings, for delays or changes caused by weather, traffic, port authority decisions or other events outside our control, or for consequences arising from information you did not give us.
We strongly recommend travel insurance covering medical care, cancellation and personal belongings. It is not included in any experience.
Photography
We may photograph or film experiences for promotional use. If you would rather not appear, tell your host at the start of the day and we will respect it — no explanation needed.
