This website does not use cookies, does not run analytics, and does not track you. Nothing you type into the contact form is sent to or stored on our servers — it is turned into a WhatsApp message inside your own browser, and you decide whether to send it.
We only hold personal data once you contact us and we start planning your trip.

What this website collects
Nothing automatically. Specifically:
- No cookies. The site sets none — neither our own nor third-party ones.
- No analytics. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, and no equivalent tool.
- No contact form storage. The form on the contact page runs entirely in your browser: it takes what you typed, builds a WhatsApp message with it, and opens WhatsApp. The data never reaches a server of ours.
- No browser storage of any kind. The site writes nothing to your browser — no cookies, no local storage, no session storage. Close the tab and there is no trace of your visit on your device.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) records standard connection data — IP address, browser, requested page — for security and to keep the service running. That is a technical necessity for any website.
Third-party content
- Fonts are served from this same domain. Nothing is requested from Google Fonts.
- Photographs and videos are served from this same domain.
- Google reviews. The testimonials section shows real reviews from our Google Business Profile. The review text is retrieved when the site is built, not while you browse. If a reviewer has a public profile photo, your browser loads that image directly from Google’s servers, which means Google can see that request. The reviews themselves are governed by Google’s Privacy Policy.
- WhatsApp. Every booking button opens WhatsApp. From that moment, the conversation is governed by WhatsApp’s Privacy Policy as well as this one.
Data we hold when you contact us
When you write to us, we handle what you send us and what planning your trip requires:

We share the minimum necessary with the operator running each experience — captain, guide, driver, venue — and only in order to provide the service you booked. We do not sell your data and we do not pass it to anyone for advertising purposes.
Your rights
Under Colombia’s Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013, you may at any time:
- Know what data of yours we hold and where it came from
- Have it corrected if it is inaccurate or incomplete
- Have it deleted, unless a legal or contractual duty requires us to keep it
- Withdraw the consent you gave us
- Lodge a complaint with the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio

Minors
Our experiences are booked by adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 outside of a booking made by their parent or guardian.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. We will not reduce your rights without telling you first.
