Frequently asked questions

What does Private massage include?

Everything listed above under "what it includes". Anything not on that list — personal spending, tips, extra food and drink — is not included. If you need something added, ask before you confirm and we will quote it.

How much does Private massage cost?

The price depends on the date, the size of your group and how long you want the experience to run, so we quote it per booking rather than publish a single figure. Write to us on WhatsApp with your dates and group size and you get the final price, with everything included spelled out, before you pay anything.

How do I book Private massage?

On WhatsApp. Tell us your dates and group size, we confirm availability and the final price, and the booking is set once you confirm and pay as agreed. A real person answers — usually within minutes during our hours, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Colombia time, every day.

Where does Private massage start?

In Cartagena. We confirm the exact meeting point and time when we confirm your booking, and we adjust it to where you are staying whenever the operator allows it.

What is the cancellation policy?

It is agreed in writing before you pay, because it depends on the operator and how far ahead you book. If we are the ones who cancel for a reason within our control, you get the full amount back. The full terms are on our Terms & Conditions page.
